IPC DUPR PLAY:
-
DUPR stands for Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating.
-
DUPR Play is for those players who are curious about their skill rating, would like to establish a DUPR rating, like competitive play, seek to meet similarly skilled players, want to play in Competitive (3.5-3.99) or Advanced (4.0+) Open Play sessions, or getting ready for a tournament.
-
You do not need to be a paid member to play in a DUPR Session, but you need a free Court Reserve account which you can create at CourtReserve.com or by using the Court Reserve App. After you've created your free account, add "Indianapolis Pickleball Club" to your organizations.
-
If you do not have a DUPR rating, you should create a free account at DUPR.com and connect it to your IPC Court Reserve account.
-
DUPR Mixers are for players with a DUPR of 3.0 to 3.99. These sessions are not for beginners. Players sign up for the sessions as individuals and will put into groups and partner with each of the other players in the group.
-
DUPR Team Play is for players with a DUPR of 4.0 or more. Players must sign up with a partner and will always play with the partner that they signed up with during the DUPR Session.
-
The cost for a DUPR Session ranges from included with some memberships to $20 per session. If you click on the DUPR session you are interested, you will see the cost in Court Reserve.
-
Sign up for the correct DUPR session according your DUPR rating. If you don't have a DUPR rating yet check out our Skill Level Guidelines to determine which session your should register for.
