I started playing pickleball at IPC with one of their free beginner clinics in mid-July of 2025. Part of the clinic was the offer of a free month membership to the facility, so I took advantage of it and I have been a member since. The facility is great with 9 courts and they have a lot of open play available by skill level in the mornings and evenings.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Do you offer food and beverage options?
Yes! We work with our preferred catering partner, Union Jack Catering, for most corporate events. If your company has a specific caterer or dietary needs, we're happy to discuss — though we generally prefer events go through our trusted catering partner whenever possible.
Is alcohol allowed?
Yes. At IPC East and IPC South, alcohol is purchased directly through Indianapolis Pickleball Club. At IPC North, alcohol service is handled through our catering partner. IPC East and South hold alcohol licenses; IPC North currently does not.
Do participants need to bring anything?
Not much! We provide paddles, pickleballs, nets, and full court setup. Participants just need comfortable athletic clothing and court-appropriate tennis shoes with non-scuffing soles. Please avoid dress shoes, skate shoes, or shoes with black-marking soles.
What comes with a corporate event package?
Every package includes private event space, reserved court time, and all pickleball equipment. Optional add-ons include instructors/coaches, food & beverage, DJ services, Cosmic Pickleball, tournament management, and pro shop prizes.
Do you require a deposit?
No deposit is required to reserve your date. However, events canceled within 30 days of the scheduled date are subject to a 25% non-refundable cancellation fee.
What if we only want to book courts?
That's completely fine. Our events are fully customizable — you can scale your experience up or down however you'd like, from a full-service corporate outing to simply reserved court space for your team.
Can IPC run a mini tournament for our group?
Absolutely. You can run your own tournament casually, or have IPC organize and manage it for an additional fee. We can help with brackets, scoring, prizes, pro shop gift cards, paddle giveaways, and team competitions.
What's the maximum group size?
IPC East: Up to 150 guests
IPC North: Up to 350 guests
IPC South: Up to 150 guests
How long should our event be?
You can run a great event in 2 hours, but 2.5–3 hours is the most common booking length. This gives enough time for mingling, food and drinks, intro instruction, open play, and a tournament or team-building activity. Most groups find 2.5–3 hours creates the best overall experience.
