• The same courts and facility you already love
 • The same day-to-day community and familiar staff
 • Current leagues/clinics and scheduled programming continue as normal

Will the name/branding change right away?

We’ll begin with communications and digital updates first. Facility branding will roll out over time, with a larger rebrand planned for the summer season.

When will programming be available to book?

Accepted Answer

Programming is available immediately and continues as normal through the current 247 Dink app for now.

We plan to transition all booking and programming to CourtReserve on February 15th, where you’ll see the full IPC North programming slate alongside IPC East and IPC South offerings.

(We’ll provide clear instructions before the switch so it’s easy for everyone.)

What if I only want to play at one location?

That’s totally fine.

Your membership works at:
 • IPC North
 • IPC East
 • IPC South
You can choose to play at just one location — or enjoy access to all three. The choice is yours.

Question 7

Do I have to be verified to play open play at every location?

Accepted Answer

At this time: Verified open play continues at IPC East and IPC South.
IPC North will gradually transition to a verified open play format over the coming months. This gives the Northside community time to:
 • move into the new system
 • complete ratings/assessments
 • smoothly adopt the IPC open play experience

Our goal is to bring the same high-quality, leveled play structure to IPC North once the transition is complete.
