For qualifying groups, IPC is offering a complimentary 1-hour Pickleball 101 session so your group can learn the basics, get comfortable on the court, and have fun together. Plus, every eligible guest can receive a free month of unlimited pickleball at IPC.

Common Questions
Do guests need pickleball experience?
No. Most private events are built to be beginner-friendly. We can include a Pickleball 101 intro clinic, explain the rules, provide equipment, and organize play so everyone can participate.
How many people can you accommodate?
IPC East can host up to 150 guests, IPC South can host up to 150 guests, and IPC North can host up to 350 guests.
Is alcohol allowed?
Yes. At IPC East and IPC South, alcohol is purchased directly through Indianapolis Pickleball Club. At IPC North, alcohol service is handled through our catering partner. IPC East and South hold alcohol licenses; IPC North currently does not.
Can we just reserve courts?
Yes. If you only want court time, that is completely fine. Your event can be as simple as reserved courts or as complete as a fully hosted experience with instruction, food, drinks, prizes, and tournament management.
What types of events can IPC host?
IPC can host corporate events, birthday parties, school events, youth groups, tournaments, fundraisers, holiday parties, social events, court rentals, and fully custom group experiences.
Do you offer food and beverage options?
Yes. We work with our preferred catering partner, Union Jack Catering, for most corporate events. If your group has a specific caterer or dietary needs, we're happy to discuss options.
Do you require a deposit?
No deposit is required to reserve your date. However, events canceled within 30 days of the scheduled date are subject to a 25% non-refundable cancellation fee.
How long should our event be?
You can run a great event in 2 hours, but 2.5–3 hours is the most common booking length. That gives your group enough time for mingling, food and drinks, instruction, open play, and a tournament or team-building activity.
