All About Me:  I’m Alexandre Gauthier, a professional pickleball player and coach. Originally from Paris, France, I developed my competitive foundation through tennis, where I was ranked as a top-10 junior in France before moving to the United States in 2006.

 

Before transitioning to pickleball, I spent more than 16 years coaching tennis at every level—from beginners to ATP, WTA, and ITF touring professionals. That experience gave me a deep understanding of player development, technical fundamentals, strategy, and high-performance coaching.

 

After discovering pickleball, I quickly fell in love with the sport and dedicated myself to competing at the highest level. I now compete in professional APP and PPA events across the United States and have earned wins over multiple 5.8+ DUPR players as well as several top-10 APP professionals. I’ve also had the honor of representing France in international competition.

 

Coaching remains one of my greatest passions. I enjoy working with players of all ages and skill levels, from complete beginners to advanced tournament competitors. My goal is to help every student build a strong technical foundation, develop smart strategy, improve court awareness, and gain the confidence to reach the next level.

 

Whether I’m competing on the professional circuit or teaching on the court, I’m committed to helping grow the game of pickleball while creating a positive, energetic, and rewarding experience for every player I work with.
